Anthony De Marinis, CDBC, ADT, LFDM, FFCP
Anthony De Marinis specializes in working with dogs with behavior issues and high energy. He provides comprehensive in-home behavior consultations and dog training services on Long Island, NY and also provides Online Virtual Consultations for those who are not local and out of state. Anthony has obtained several certifications and continues educating himself by attending seminars and learning from other colleagues hands-on. Anthony is a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant (CDBC) from the International Association for Animal Behavior Consultants, Accredited Dog Trainer (ADT) by the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants, Licensed Family Dog Mediator (LFDM), and a Fear Free Certified Training Professional (FFCP). Anthony currently has an interest in training and behavior modification in Working & Sport bred dogs. He is also learning about and currently competing in agility and sheep herding with his own dogs. Anthony has two Australian Kelpies, Journey and Quest. Anthony is also the cohost of a podcast called The Canine Classroom, which is dedicated to dog training, behavior modification and everything in between. I was referred to Anthony before I purchased my puppy. He helped me organize what I needed to do to prepare for my pup by providing detailed lists of the essentials as well as reading material on training.

Anthony has been working with our rescue pup for the last 6 months. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of training. He always provides helpful tips and exercises and consistently follows up. He has been kind enough to include our children in training sessions and has been very sensitive to our needs. We’ve also boarded our dog with him and it’s been a wonderful experience.
