Emotional well-being is my priority along with making your pet look great I want them to feel great too, and that is throughout the whole grooming process.
I am a restraint free, 1-1, groomer with a keen interest in dog and cat behaviour. I am currently studying with the Holistic Grooming Academy.
My methods include the use of cooperative care and ACE Freework, calming scents (pet friendly of course) and calming music all set the tone here.
I am very proud to be a Fear Free Certified Groomer and have been so since 2020. I am additionally Low-Stress handling Certified. I am also qualified to Level 2 in Reiki Healing for Pets.
Minimising and negating where possible Fear, Anxiety and Stress from Dogs and Cats is hugely important to me. Humanity over vanity every day.
I can’t recommend Caroline enough. We rescued our little fur baby from Hungary. She was so nervous to begin with as she’d never been groomed, never been in a home.
