I am an Elite FearFree® practitioner with years of experience using these techniques to teach fourth year veterinary students in private practice and now in the Pet Health and Nutrition Center at Kansas State University. I have enjoy behavior medicine, internal medicine, dermatology, nutrition and ophthalmology in addition to general wellness as I care for my patients from pediatric to geriatric life stages.
I co-coordinate and teach several topics within our veterinary college behavior elective and teach FearFree® handling and restraint to veterinary students in all levels of their veterinary curriculum.
I am board certified through the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a canine and feline practitioner and use this advanced training to provide the most up-to-date specialist care to my primary care patients and clients.
