General Description

Fear Free, LLC (“Fear Free”) is sponsoring a contest in which eligible participants can spin the Wheelio prize wheel to receive a discount code, complete their membership purchase, and automatically be entered for a chance to win one (1) of the prizes listed below (the “Contest”). No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Contest.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledges that the decisions of Fear Free regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest period.

Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:01 AM EST on November 29, 2024, and ends at 1:59 AM EST on November 30, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). All purchases or entries must be completed within this time frame to be eligible.

How to Enter

To participate in the Contest, Entrants must complete the following steps:

Once a membership purchase has been completed, the Entrant is automatically entered into the Contest.

No Purchase Necessary Entry Option:
Entrants who do not wish to make a purchase may submit a written entry by emailing their full name, mailing address, and phone number to wags@fearfree.com during the Contest Period. The subject line of the email should read: “Fear Free Contest Entry.” Limit one (1) entry per person.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of countries where Fear Free operates, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry. The Contest is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and agents of Fear Free and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Eligible Entrants will have the chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Fear Free reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any listed prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Contest Period ends. Winners will be notified via email within 7 business days of the Contest closing. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

By entering the Contest, Entrants grant Fear Free the irrevocable right to use their names, images, likenesses, photographs, voices, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability Release and Indemnification

By entering, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fear Free, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liability, damages, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Use of Entries

Entrants unconditionally assign and transfer to Fear Free all rights, title, interest, and ownership of any submitted materials, including without limitation, all copyrights. Fear Free reserves the right to modify, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any entry in any medium without prior approval from the Entrant.

General Conditions

Fear Free is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical malfunctions affecting entry submission. Any attempt to tamper with the Contest or circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.

Fear Free reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Fear Free in its sole discretion.

Contest Not Sponsored by Affiliates

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, ActiveCampaign, or any other related affiliates. Entrants release these entities from all liability related to this Contest.

Governing Law

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
