Horns to Halos is determined to stay up to date on the latest and best training techniques to help with a wide array of  training and behavioral issues. Katie is a Certified Dog Behavior Consultant through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants and wants to help make sure that dog owners know there are ways to help with your dog’s behavior problems without having to cause pain or fear. No matter if your dream is to just have your dog stop biting and barking or you think they would be a good fit for therapy dog work, we are here to help you. Our facility is located at 203 S Academy Street Richlands NC 28547, we offer group classes, private lessons, board and train, day training, and virtual training.

“Amazing facility and amazing trainers! I have a Min Pin, Luna, that was out of control and did not obey (she is EXTREMELY energetic). She was so crazy that I considered re-homing her since I was about to be a grandma and couldn’t handle having an out of control dog around a newborn which broke my heart because I love my dog. This is when I decided to give it one last shot and enrolled her in the board and train with Horns to Halos. Let me tell you that this is the best decision I could’ve made. Luna is a completely different dog and I am able to enjoy her and my grand baby at the same time! Katie and Aida did an amazing job and I am so thankful that they were able to help me! Both are very well qualified, and they have high standards set for themselves and the dogs they’re training. “Katie is such a knowledgeable trainer. She helped my 2 huskies with their resource guarding behaviors. Also, when I adopted a new dog they didn’t get along at first. Katie showed me how to do scent swapping and slowly introduce them over time. Now they are best friends. Not to mention the agility training I did with my one husky!!!
