”I reached out to Melodie when I was trying to figure out what to do as we were going on vacation and one of our cats needed eye drops. Melodie was really nice and talked to me about the different methods. We also discussed all the things we could do to make help the cats deal with us not being home as we have been home all through the pandemic. We decided to hold off until we got back from vacation to administer the eye drops as the pet sitters we had were not used to cats. When we got back my husband and I tag-teamed Alvie in order to give her the eye drops twice a day. It wasn’t easy but we got through it! Melodie was really helpful and easy to talk to.
