“Given that I am now a senior citizen, I simply cannot provide everything for my dog Laney’s care like I used to. After a lot of consideration, I went with APEXpert Holistic Paws Care and Pamela – am I sure glad I did and the best decision. Laney was so responsive to Pamela and just melted in her hands. The level of loving care is far beyond what I expected; Laney is treated just like she is one of Pamela’s own dogs. She is always talking to Laney like no one else is in the room. Pamela plays games, uses treat puzzles, and interactive toys with Laney and focuses on her manners training. Given that Laney is starting to begin her senior years, I want to make sure Laney’s mind stays active and agile, to keep dementia or canine cognitive disorder away as long as I can. Pamela really focuses on keeping Laney sharp. I also love the massages and rubs she gives to Laney to keep her muscles in check. Laney always knows when it’s time for Pamela’s visits. Pamela has worked with educating me on a more holistic and bio-natural diet to help improve Laney’s health and life. I can see so much improvement in such a short period of time. I feel so fortunate to have APEXpert and Pamela part of Laney’s care – best decision EVER! I relax more now with relief.”

“I was lucky to find Pamela via a Facebook post. We met and I knew she was the right one to walk and care for my dog Stan. She was kind, courteous, and always on time. I loved the reports she would write! I even got photos texts of their walks, while I was working long days. I can’t believe she has the patience to put on his boots! “I hired Pamela briefly to help walk my dog Binx while working full time in office! She is very committed and will over communicate and provide the utmost care for my dog! Binx just loved her. I was very fortunate to have found her because she is around the area I live and she just happened to be someone who I could trust to take care of Binx!

There was one day where I didn’t tell her I worked from home and hid in my room and listened to the interaction between her and Binx! (Just because I was curious) She greeted him and played with him and would make comments to Binx like “Awww looks like mommy bought you a new toy!”and then would walk him and come back to play with him and/or do a wellness check to make sure there were no accidents! This interaction just confirmed my already expectation on how she truly cares for animals and ensure they are happy while they are in Pamela’s care! One side note: She would also send me videos of their walks and updates daily! I included some example in the pictures! I don’t need a daily walk for Binx now, but I will use her and recommend her to anyone who wants the best care for their little fur baby! 11/10 stars ⭐️”

“I used Pamela this past thanksgiving to watch my pup while I was in Florida. My boyfriend was able to take care of him for the whole time except for thanksgiving and the day after. I was really nervous to have someone watch him due to his old age and him being blind. I really only have family and close friends watch him but this time I was out of options which led me to Pamela. She was so extremely thorough in the initial meeting, and was so so sweet with bubba. From the initial meeting I knew she was a great fit. I had no stress for her watching him. She left such thorough notes and kept me updated the entire time. I appreciate her extensive background in pet care given my dogs ailments. She is so very sweet and extremely communicative. I highly recommend Pamela to anyone. Will be using her again!”

“I want to take a minute to write a quick review. With my job, I travel often, and many times it is at last-minute notice, and my 10-year-old Doxie, ‘Friskie’ needs to be looked after. Recently, I was unable to board Friskie at the vet, so I called Pamela explaining my circumstance and asked her to PLEASE help me out in this spot. We met…She spent time asking me about Frisky, her likes/dislikes, schedule, and habits…as we talked, they interacted, and I felt VERY comfortable leaving Friskie in her care.

Since then, Pamela has become my ‘go-to’ person, whether taking her for a walk or an overnight…She is able to work with my erratic schedule and even sends me pictures when I am on the road to show how happy she is. I am also getting some tips on how to keep her happy and a bit thinner and more energetic. (She likes her snacks a bit too much and has a favorite spot on a couch…lol) It is also fun to watch Friskie go from Zero to 100 in a few seconds flat when she realizes that Pamela is there to spend time with her. Would I recommend Pamela??…You Betcha!!!”
