Rebecca Sandidge
Becca is exceptional. Hildie was really scared because she is always that way and dogs barking and howling in waiting room really scared her. As we were taking her to the back, Hildie ran into an exam room scared. I really think Becca was great– she heard our dog (and also knew her special needs from other visits) and so did blood draw and ultrasound urine sample in an exam room. I totally appreciate how she put our dog’s emotional needs first. She really deserves praise for this. Sometimes people get so stuck on routines that they do not see what was best but she saw it immediately in the moment. Also, really liked way she worked with and treated other vet techs holding our dog. My dog was a lot more comfortable than she is at home when on her back. Becca is a very smart vet tech and deserves a lot of praise for making a decision to respond to our dog’s fear.
Kiwi can be a challenging chihuahua mix. She was treated with care and kindness by Dr Herndon and her chihuahua-whisperer tech Becca Sandidge. I am forever grateful for how lovely the staff was with my dog!
