1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents worldwide who have reached the age of 18 years or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to participate or be entered to win the prize.
2. Sponsor and Disclaimer
This sweepstakes is sponsored by Fear Free, LLC located at 4235 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 300, Nashville, TN 37215 and Dechra Veterinary Products, LLC located at 7015 College Blvd. Suite 525 Overland Park, KS 66211. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third parties including social media platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or LinkedIn. All inquiries regarding the sweepstakes should be directed to Fear Free, LLC.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Fear Free, LLC as final and binding as it relates to this sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
Survey entries will be accepted online starting on August 1, 2024 and ending on August 23, 2024. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 23, 2024.
5. How to Enter
How to Enter Visit https://fearfree.typeform.com/to/KkT5p5E5. Complete the survey and enter your requested contact information. Incorrect or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
6. Prizes
Participants that are Fear Free Members will be entered to win one of three “Fear Free Swag Kits.” Participants that are not Fear Free Members will be entered to win one of three Fear Free Member registrations.
7. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by a random drawing on August 30, 2024 under the supervision of Fear Free, LLC. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
9. Terms & Conditions
Fear Free, LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes should any cause beyond Fear Free, LLC’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Fear Free, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize.

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Colorado, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.

We would also love the ability to feed you on our schedule, as 4:30 AM is not an ideal time. Meow, meow, le meow.
