Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing compassionate support to our veterinary team.
* Educating clients on pet health and care best practices.
* Accurate medical documentation and record-keeping.
* Warmly greeting clients and efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs.
* Maintaining a clean and organized environment in treatment rooms and throughout our facility.
* Assisting with stocking and inventory management.
* Practicing gentle control techniques to ensure a stress-free experience for our patients.
* Actively contributing to our Fear Free approach to veterinary care.
* As you develop and are leveled up, you will have the opportunity to perform additional duties, always within the guidelines of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board.
